Process Development
Prior to being able to properly specify the equipment bill of material for an application, the process must first be determined and should be verified if at all possible. Power Sonics offers to analyze your application problem to determine if ultrasonics is a viable option for your consideration and to then help resolve the best process steps. The first step in this evaluation is completion of the form describing your application parameters in detail.
- Supply information on the Engineering Study Form and Power Sonics will evaluate your application's viability within 24 to 48 hours.
- After initial evaluation and if you want to proceed, we can schedule a visit to your location and/or test parts in our laboratory.
- Complete the Engineering Study Form as completely as possible and submit the form to Power Sonics.
Once evaluated and tested, if required, a bill of material can be compiled that will support the process steps as they are defined and meet the production requirements as stated in the Engineering Study Form.
