Field Tech Support
Power Sonics equipment is designed and shipped to be installed by the customer and most systems are shipped base mounted and integrally assembled. Often though, customers desire us to verify installation and be present at start up. Trained field service personnel are available for that purpose.
Following the set-up of an automated system, an MPP/Power Sonics field technician reviews the installation work and performs the initial start up of the equipment at your facility.
Our technicians provide training and support for your personnel, both production and maintenance, to insure years of trouble free usage.
Even the best-made equipment, while kept professionally maintained, will eventually require repairs. When this time comes, Power Sonics can supply technician service for service and repair work. You can be confident the necessary repairs will be handled in a timely, cost effective manner. To keep any downtime to a minimum, Power Sonics maintains an inventory of spare parts.
Another service available to our customers is our Preventative Maintenance Inspection Service. This service provides the necessary maintenance on our equipment to keep it running in prime condition.
