Custom and Automated Systems
Immersible Tank Systems

The Type TI tanks for immersible transducers are recommended for tank capacity that is greater than 37 gallons in size. The TI tank is designed to address the specific needs of ultrasonic cleaning applications and should not be confused with tanks typically built as containment vessels. Typically we use tanks from our sister division, Magnus Equipment which has a complete line of various models suited to house our ultrasonics. Standard Features include:
- Stainless, mild steel or plastic construction compatible with all chemistries.
- Bottom mounted oversize drain for complete cleanout for bottom mounted immersible transducers.
- Heaters (electric but steam or gas are options) properly sized for rapid heat-up and degas cycles.
- Liquid level switch to provide a contact closure to monitor liquid level status.
- Sturdy frame and sidewall bracing designed for industrial duty.
- Operator control panel with Digital temperature indicating controller.
- Lift, agitation platform with high lift capacity.
Available Options (partial list):
- Insulated tank walls with optional double wall panels of either stainless steel or painted mild steel.
- Filter, sparge or oil separation coalescer systems for continuous removal of contaminants.
- Partial or full tunnel enclosures.
- Lid, insulated, designed, and balanced for easy use by the operator.
- Overflow sump.
- Ventilation and mist control systems.
Automated Load Transfer Systems
Fully automatic load transfer material handling systems are available in conjuction with our sister division. These are engineered for high throughput washing applications in situations where labor reduction is warranted or where process control is critical. Featuring air powered articulating load transfer system; the loads are automatically transferred from stage to stage in both our rotating and non-rotating systems.
These systems can be configured with all of the stages and options available with our manual load transfer systems, and be combined with dryers or blow offs as well as other operations such as demagnetizers, inspection booths, dip coaters, etc.
