In-line individual part cleaning is the most sought after process for many industries today. Previously, only spray washers have been available for this need and often they are unable to provide the cleanliness required by today.s requirement.
Power Sonics have developed a unique radial transducer and generator combination based on our years of experience with continuous in-line cleaning from the Wire Industry. This product line provides 360 degree ultrasonic exposure in most models. These are small footprint, integrated machines with multiple process stage capacity and high speed production capacity.
Continuous flow means that product can be flowing without interruption for batching requiring less manpower and reducing work in process inventory and costs. These systems can accept products directly from and upstream machine and clean and dry the product passing it directly to the next downstream operation without operator interface.
